OPAL MOSAIC TRIPLET
This is a a pair natural Australian crystal opal mined in cooper pedy. They are small chips called mosaic triplets held together by uv glue which is more water resistant than other glues. There is a thin slice of opal mounted on a backing and a clear top to protect the stone.
Note there are a large number of fake[synthetic ] triplets on the market so be sure to compare between reputable sellers who guarantee there stock as natural stones
ideal as earrings or made into a ring and pendant !
