Quality Ethiopian Welo Opal
Beautiful cabachon. The stone has a natural partially brown back. The rest of the base is porcelain white. The play of colors is brilliant.
Unless it is explicitly noted differently in the description, all opals in my auctions are flawless and don’t have cracks or aren’t treated in any way; just pure natural beauty.
The opals I sell here have been cut by me. I travel to Ethiopia regularly to buy my rough. Because there are as little middle men involved as possible and I’m directly at the source I can offer you high quality opals at a great price.
Pictures try to show how the opal looks under sunlight. The pictures are as taken and have not been worked on except for cropping.
Shipping for ‘No Reserve’ auctions is $3.50, $5 for combined shipping. Free shipping on all other auctions.
If you’re not happy with any opal purchased from me, you have the possibility to send it back within 10 days after receipt and you’ll get your money back. This does not apply if the item has been altered in any way.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
Happy bidding!

Why are users outbidding themselves?
When a bid is placed, this is the maximum amount a user is willing to bid for the product. Our system will then automatically bid on that users behalf, incrementally increasing the bid to maintain their position as the highest bidder, up to the specified maximum.
When there is an icon indicating 'Auto Bid,' it means our system is actively placing bids for the user based on their maximum bid. This may appear as if users are outbidding themselves, but it's simply a result of the system updating the bid to reflect the users maximum limit.
