Package/Stone never arrived.! Package shipped via DHL. Was not sent with end to end tracking so once in Canada parcel disappeared and so did my stone. Make sure if you purchase tracking is provided from shipping point to delivery point.

The parcel is not lost as I can track it and it will be delivered.Canada is very slow to deliver as I told you from past experiences. DHL Global is the only option i have to Canada due to covid 19. Totally unfair feedback
