2600 CT 16.8 Ounce Parcel

Folks here is a fantastic parcel of rough from Lambina which is now closed to mining, so parcels are hard to find now.

This lot weighs a massive 16.8 troy ounces, 2604 carats or well over a pound in the old scale.

It is simply full of stunning color, I would say 80% blue green and the rest all colors with plenty of red.

I would say there is at least a thousand pieces here. Without looking at each stone individually, I would think 90% will cut you a nice gem from half to 5 carats no worries. I also think in my experience, the smallest will cut around $30 a carat and some up to 2-300 a carat with some over that.

This is very much a cutters parcel, there is weeks of work in this parcel. Now you could tumble these to wash off the brown mud and doing so would save a lot of time and work. That is all up to you.

If you classed these for resale, you would also do very well.

The more I look, the more gems I see. It is a great parcel.
