Look at the size of it, 180 carats, well over an ounce and 55 x 40 x 12mm.

As you can see the face is full over color, rivers of gemmy reds greens golds, flashes of blue and red

there is a lot going on here.

If you decide to cut this piece up, you will do very well. Naturally it can be set as a pendant as is.

It has been faced up by the miner and coould be given a higher polish or a clear coat.

As it is its perfect to me, theres even a flaming skull in one section. Cut out, it would be an Opal worth well over $1000.

I just like the face of it, so many patterns and colors and rivers of color like a glowing volcano. It is thick enough to work the back in the hope of more color.

It is winter sun here now, so it will only look better as the light improves.
