When you see this image next to an auction, it means it can be purchased immediately. The process is as follows:
1. you press the buy now button
2. you are asked to confirm the purchase by entering your password, and then pressing the confirmation button
3. if your password is correct, you will become the winner of the item effective immediately - the item will close, a bid matching the buy now price will be entered on your behalf, and you will be able to proceed directly to the checkout to make payment!
Buy it Now becomes unavailable when an item is closed, or when the item already has bids.
So whenever you see an item with no bids and the buy now logo, remember this means you can instantly become the new owner of the item, and avoid the delays caused by a standard auction!
