How flawed is this emerald?

Hi Joshua,
Sorry I almost for got to get this cross out of the safe to look at.
I use a 5 times magnification loop to look atthe Emerald. On the top left hand corner there is a black inclusion towards the edge (pin Prick size). There is also another black inclusion towards the centre right of the emerald about half the size of a Pin Prick. To the naked eye these are not visible.
There are also a couple of deep inclusions deep into the stone, probably towwards the back of the stone.
I don`t know much about Emeralds, I got these froma very close Columbian friend that deals in Emeralds. ( Boy, do those guys know how to drink and party)

I can take it, but the price will be 33% higher because I would have to pay 33% import duties on it.
Its a finished piece of jewelery and US customs will charge me that amount and thats if I sell it or not.
