WORD PICTURE: This opal is hand carved following the flowing countours of the opals natural formation resulting in an undulating surface; high wave like crest, lowest point approx. 2.5mm highest point 8mm . Top quality finish, ready to be set in jewellery.
The colour play is orange gold tones with melon pink hues dominant on the crests and golden light greens with hints of aqua blues on lower points. The colours interchange as the opal is rotaed from pink to green hued flashes. Back of stone is flat.
