A one of a kind truly unique Opal from Andamooka South Australia.
This is Andamooka Angelstone Opal, It is fully natural and has NOT been treated in any way.
A very hard Maroon colored quartz like material with brilliant 5 out of 5 flashes of red, blue, green, orange, purple etc. and takes a superb polish.
I Guarantee you won't see another opal like this anywhere...This stone is truly deserving of Royalty.
Large Size 32mm x 8mm x 4mm, Weight 9.8 Carat.
Genuine Andamooka Angelstone Opal from South Australia.
The name Angelstone was given to me by an Old time Miner from South Australia, He told me he had not seen this material for many many years and that it is even rarer to have such a dark colored base.
Would make a beautiful pendant or investment piece.
