TYPE: Natural Black Opal Rough Rub

ORIGIN: Lightning Ridge, Australia

CARAT WEIGHT: 13.18

SIZE Approx.: smallest 7x4x2.7mm to 14 x 10.5 x 5mm large (oval)

DESCRIPTION: the opal rough has been cleaned (rubbed) and pre shaped to expose the color bars. there is some webbing in the oval stone but strong color play. Requires cutting and polishing.

Please note photos of Lightning Ridge opal rough and rubs are taken while opal is wet or submerged in water.This is standard practice within the industry and has no bearing on anything other than to assist in better viewing what you are about to purchase. Also, it is a good indication of how the colors will look once the opal is polished.
