Opals-NaturesArt, October 14, 2008:

Hi randih,

Your item was shipped Sept. 22nd via Australia Post standard air mail.

Most items we have shipped to date seem to arrive within 7-14 work days and sometimes sooner. However, international shipping times may vary greatly for no apparent reason and unfortunatelly we have no control over the postal service. I am told that sometimes items may get delayed depending on how busy each countries customs services are. Most items we have shipped seem to arrive fairly quickly there was only about 2-3 occasions where more than 6 weeks had passed before the item arrived and there was no apparent reason for this.
Please give it a bit longer and let me know if still not arrived by end of next week and I will follow up at this end, because they will not even try to track any items before 28 work days, it is 17 work days now (also, there was a public holiday during this period).

Regards,

Jenny

hello! just a note to let you know that i finally received the stone today 10/28/08. that was the longest i've ever waited for a stone yet. Thank you so much for your cooperation with this. I will definetly leave positive feedback for you. thanks again!

Opals-NaturesArt, October 29, 2008:

That is great news! I guess thats what is called snail mail! Have no idea why it should take so long. But, as i mentioned there was only a few occassions where the parcel took longer than 6 weeks to arrive - i just think someone along the line has shoved it in a draw or something similar and forgot about it - cannot see any logical explanation for it. Anyhow, all is well that ends well. Hope you like your opal!

Reagards,

Jen
