We have had a few parcels go missing recently. Post from the UK is generally reliable but we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in other countries. I am happy to accept returns if the opals have been misrepresented. The opals I sell can be difficult to photograph - the appearance of mexican opal on photographs varies greatly with the lighting conditions!! I try to be as honest as I can with with my descriptions though and please read these before bidding.
