This is an auction for a beautiful 15.45 Ct. AAA Ethiopian Agatized

Opal Rough.

It measures 25mm x 16mm x 8mm.

It has 5/5 Fire.

**** This is a Ultra-RARE Specimen from the Shewa Providence locality in Ethiopia.
We have been dealing in Ethiopian Opals nearly from the time they were first discovered and we have never seen a specimen like this except on two occasions.
These are the rarest of the rare.
This one has radiant 5/5 Harlequin fire on top of an opal formation displaying patterns similar to the more common forms of agate banding that occur in Agates.
This formation would suggest some sort of volcanic action present when this Opal was formed.
This is truly a collector's piece and belongs in a museum.
