FOSSIL GEM DOUBLET PARCEL
This is a grade A doublet parcel made from a Coober Pedy fossil and mounted on to natural boulder ironstone.Millions of years ago Australias out back was covered in a inland sea.These stones are part of the skin of a shell fossil that was opalized.These shell are from the cretaceous period over 100 million years ago.The stones follow the contours of the shell so it is undulating.Showing strong firey colours of BLUE GREEN ORANGE RED BUT MAINLY ORANGE GREEN FIRE.
