Description
These two magnificent solid semi-crystal opals were cut from a single belemite fossil mined in Coober Pedy.
They both display bright red and green fire on a white translucent base.
Please note the base colour is whiter than shown in the photos.
They are well polished and are ready to be set in jewellery.
The larger opal weighs 4.2 carats and measures 26x8x3.4mm.
The smaller opal weighs 2.7 carats and measures 20x7.8x3mm.
