THE POLISH IS EXCELLENT AS WE PUT A LOT OF TIME IN POLISHING THEM.THE REFLECTION YOU SEE IF FROM THE LIGHTS REFLECTING OFF THE POLISH.THERE IS A LEATHER LIKE STRAP WHICH IS ADJUSTABLE AND INCLUDED..
