WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR OPAL Please check it in good light, preferably sunlight and not inside the house unless the light is bright. Opals are like all gemstones, they require sufficient light to show the best color.

All payments must be made within 3 days after close of auction or we may re-list the item without further notice. We will ship as soon as practicable after payment is cleared.

SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSSES DURING SHIPPING.

We will insure items on your behalf and make claims for you in the event of a loss.

INSURANCE: For insurance you will need to contact us prior to paying for your item, otherwise it will NOT be insured. If a loss occurs we will not accept any responsibility. If you require insurance please be aware your shipment can only be forwarded as a parcel and it will attract a higher shipping fee which includes the first $100 insurance. RETURNS: If you are not happy with your opal, please contact us first for advice, if you still want to return it, we will gladly exchange for something else you choose. We will endeavour to do our best for you.
